All sales are final.

At Neighborhood Merch, all items are made to order. We do this because it gives us the freedom to work with and support more local businesses. It also helps us prevent as much waste as possible, allowing us to fulfill only what we sell. 

If you receive damaged or wrong sized items, simply reach out to as soon as you can and we will work with you to get it resolved! We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent, either internally or by Shopify’s payment system. Note: There is a 14-day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.


Due to our made-to-order model, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to process; it may take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is shipped. Our team works around the clock to get out orders as fast as possible and we will keep you in the loop every step of the way!


At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified that your package has shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, once an order has been marked as delivered, you will need to get into direct contact with either the courier or residence facility with any questions and concerns you may have. We will assist any way we can!


Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void. We'd rather you have your awesome new merch - so please respond to us as soon as you can!
